Accepting the Mondra Private Marketplace Offer

How to Purchase a Microsoft Private Offer from Mondra

Private offers let you purchase Microsoft Marketplace solutions with special pricing and terms negotiated just for your company. Here’s how to get started.

Step 1: Prepare Your Account

  • Ensure your billing account allows Marketplace purchases
  • Have a valid Azure subscription
  • Ensure proper permissions:
    • MCA: Billing Account Owner or Contributor
    • EA: Enterprise Admin

Step 2: Accept the Private Offer

  1. Go to the Azure Portal
  2. Search for Marketplace
  3. Select Private Offer Management
  4. Locate your offer
  5. Review the offer details
  6. Click View + Accept

Step 3: Purchase and Subscribe

After accepting, wait 15–60 minutes. Then:

  1. Return to Private Offer Management
  2. Click Purchase
  3. Complete the wizard:
    • SaaS: Choose name, billing term, user count
    • VM/Apps: Select resource group, region

  • Use the Eligibility Report to confirm readiness
  • Click Configure account now after subscribing to finish on the Mondra platform
