Creating your account

Creating your account

Signing up for Comply Lite takes a couple of minutes and needs only your work email.

Sign-up is self-serve and passwordless. There is no password to set or remember - you verify yourself with a one-time code sent to your email, and your account is created and activated automatically.

Step 1: Enter your work email. On the sign-up screen, enter your work email address and select Continue. Mondra will email you a six-digit code.

Personal email addresses (Gmail, Outlook.com and similar) aren't accepted for sign-up - you will need a company email address. Comply Lite is currently available to companies operating in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland.

Step 2: Verify your email. Check your inbox and enter the six-digit code. If it doesn't arrive within a minute or so, check your spam folder or use the Resend link.

Step 3: Tell us about you. Enter your name and your role. A phone number is optional.

Step 4: Tell us about your company. Enter your registered company name, address (with type-ahead lookup, or enter it manually), country of operation and company type. Your country of operation sets the destination market for your products - this matters, because it is used to work out the transport emissions from where a product is made to where it is sold. You will also accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy here.

If your company already has an account, Mondra will let you know at this point and ask you to contact your company administrator for access, rather than creating a duplicate.

Step 5: You are all set. Your workspace is created and activated automatically - no waiting for provisioning. From here you can go straight to your dashboard, upload your product data, or explore the sample data while you get familiar with the platform.
