Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) Okta Implementation

For secure access to the Mondra platform, we will configure Single Sign-On (SSO) with your Okta tenant.
These steps must be carried out by an Administrator.

You will need to complete the following steps to link our authentication platform (Auth0) with your Okta tenant:
  1. Navigate to your Okta portal.

  2. Select Applications.



  3. Select Applications from the drop down and click Create App Integration.



  4. Select OIDC - OpenID Connect and Web Application, click Next



  5. Enter the App integration name, for example Mondra-SSO

  6. Click on the Sign-in redirect URIs field, enter https://sso.mondra.com/login/callback and ensure Authorization Code and Refresh Token are selected.



  7. Click Save 

  8. Open the application you have just created and copy the Client ID and send with your Okta Domain to sso@mondra.com



  9. Copy the Client Secret value and send in a separate email to the Client ID to sso@mondra.com
Once we have received this information we will configure the SSO connection in Auth0 and confirm the connection is working. We will then send you a confirmation email. All users registered with the Mondra platform will receive email notification confirming access.
