How accurate are the results?
Comply Lite uses the same life-cycle assessment methodology as Mondra's enterprise platform. Accuracy for a given product depends mostly on the data you provide - particularly whether you include the on-pack ingredient list (Digital Twin) or not (Industry Average).
Do I need to include ingredients?
It is optional, but strongly recommended. Products with an ingredient list are eligible for a recipe-based Digital Twin footprint, which is significantly more accurate than the category-level Industry Average used when ingredients are missing. In most cases ingredients give you a Digital Twin, though occasionally a product may still be modelled as an Industry Average.
No - there is no inline editing. Fix any issues in your source spreadsheet and re-upload. This keeps your own file as the definitive record. The downloadable error report tells you exactly what to change.
How many products can I upload?
Up to 1,000 per file. You can run multiple uploads over time, but only one calculation runs at a time.
When will my results be ready?
Usually the following day, via an overnight sync. You will be emailed when they are available.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Mondra never shares your data or results with third parties without your explicit written consent. Any sharing is opt-in and under your control.
Yes. Once your products are calculated, you can add your own primary data to improve accuracy - farm-gate emissions for an ingredient, your manufacturing site's electricity use, or a custom PCF for the finished product. A custom PCF is useful when you already hold a footprint for the product (your own, or one from a supplier), even if it was calculated to a different methodology.
Can Comply Lite produce a company-level or Scope 3 report?
Yes. Once you have added your sales or purchase volumes, Comply Lite can generate a FLAG & Scope 3 report, combining each product's footprint with its volume for corporate carbon reporting across the Forest, Land and Agriculture (FLAG) category and your wider Scope 3 emissions.
How do I provide sales volumes, and what happens if I upload the same product again?
Your product template has a separate column for each recent year - 2023 Volume, 2024 Volume, 2025 Volume and 2026 Volume. Enter the annual units for each year you have data for; there is no reporting-year picker on the upload screen, because the year is simply whichever column the figure sits in. Volume is optional and never blocks a footprint. If you upload the same product again, each year is updated on its own: a year that contains a value (including 0) replaces the figure held before, while a year you leave blank keeps whatever was there previously - a blank never wipes an existing figure. So you only need to include the years you are changing, and you can set a year's volume to zero by entering 0 in that column.
What if I need to change my file language?
Your language is set on your first upload and saved for your company. Changing it currently requires contacting support.
