MacOS - Safari does not display last name in sign up form and/or loops

MacOS - Safari does not display last name in sign up form and/or loops

If you come across an issue during the sign up process where your last name is not show in the form and you are unable to continue and the form continues to loop when clicking Complete, this is due to Safari's Ad Blockers incorrectly identifying Mondra's tokens as advertising and blocks the information.

To enable the process to complete you will need to clear Safari's browser history, open a New Private Window or Allow Blocked Content on the page.

To clear Safari's Browser History for an individual site:
  1. Open Safari and go to Preferences;
  2. Head over to Privacy;
  3. Click on Manage Website Data...

















  1. Remove 'Auth0' and 'Mondra' from the list, close Safari and reopen.

To open a New Private Browser:
  1. Open Safari and click on Safari in the menu bar.
  2. Click on New Private Window

To Allow Blocked Content:
  1. Open Safari and click on Safari in the menu bar.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Go to the Websites tab.
  4. Click on Content Blockers and select Allow.
  5. Click on Pop-up Windows and select Allow.
