How to get help and support 

There are multiple methods available on the Mondra Platform for seeking further information on the data displayed, and the platform functionality. Further support can be sought through the Help Centre, Chat function and by raising a ticket. 





Log in to the Mondra Support platform at https://support.mondra.com to access knowledge-based articles and videos, and to log a Ticket for further support.  


Popular Articles and your Recent Articles are available at the bottom of the page. 


You can also access the Help Centre, Chat function and raise a ticket by selecting the icon on the bottom left-hand side of the Mondra platform. 



Help Centre

The Help Centre contains knowledge-based articles and videos, to support you in accessing and understanding your data. Sign in to ensure you have full access to all articles. You can access the Help Centre via the Mondra Support platform, or the information icon on the bottom left-hand side of the platform.

Chat

   Chat enables you access to our Customer Support, where a Mondra agent will answer your queries. 

  Chat is accessed by the information icon on the bottom left-hand side of the platform. Enter your name and email address to enable a customer service agent to fully answer any questions or issues with the Mondra platform. Customer services is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm GMT. 

Logging a Ticket 

Any further queries, concerns or customer feedback can be logged through the ticketing system. Please give as much detail as possible to enable us to respond effectively, adding URL’s, screenshots and videos where applicable. 

Tickets can be logged in the Mondra Support platform. Tickets you have logged will be accessible through ‘My Tickets.  


Tickets can also be submitted through the information icon on the bottom left-hand side of the platform.
