What information is required for the Cocoa survey?

You need to provide the following information:
Certification status of your manufacturing sites (if applicable) producing retailer own brand label
        products.
Cocoa tonnages used in products sold to customers during 2023. Data must include:
            o Name of cocoa trader.
            o Name of the company importing the cocoa product to manufacturing market (if different).
            o Type of cocoa product purchased (e.g., cocoa butter, cocoa powder).
            o Total tonnage and certification status for all raw materials purchased (e.g., Cocoa Horizons or
                Rainforest Alliance (UTZ Mass Balance)). This should only be the volume that is used in retailer
                own label products, not across your entire operations.
